Vodka Pasta

- You don't really need the vodka.
Prep
- Chop onion and garlic
Steps
- Melt butter and olive oil over medium heat
- Add onion, garlic and red pepper flakes
- Cook until translucent about 7-10 minutes
- Turn off heat
- Add vodka and turn heat back on to low
- Allow vodka to cook out, about 15 minutes
- Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper to taste
- Simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat
- Heat on low, stir in heavy cream slowly while stirring continuously
- Bring sauce to a simmer again
- Combine with noodles (we use penne) and eat!
